Just recipe for my own/Rita's reference.
1/2 oz SoCo
1/2 oz Creme de Cacao (optional for the Rita)
1 oz Irish Cream (I used Carolan's)
Splash of Raspberry Pucker
Milk to taste.
Stir, and serve over ice -
